
The Irish Association of Pharmacologists (IAP) is pleased to announce that our Annual Meeting will take place on:
Friday, 14th November 2025
University College Dublin (exact venue tbd)
Building on the success of previous years, the programme will follow our established format, featuring three main scientific sessions: clinical, experimental, and educational pharmacology. We will also present the John Feely Award Medal, and this year’s meeting will include a tribute to the late Professor John Crean, who recently passed away.
This one-day event will feature keynote presentations from:
- Professor Donal O’Shea, University College Dublin and St Vincent’s University Hospital
- Professor Paola Patrignani, D’Annunzio University, Chieti, Italy
- Professor Carmel Hensey, University College Dublin

- “From Bench to Bedside: Challenges, Unmet Needs, and New Perspectives“
- “Bridging Eras: Integrating Classical Pharmacology with Cutting-Edge Therapies“
